Last season Mr. Grier performed as Ramfis in Aida with New Jersey Verismo Opera and as Leporello in Don Giovanni with New York Vocal Production. Isaac Grier has been a featured soloist with the Flint Symphony Orchestra, presenting a concert program in the ‘Black Classical Music Festival’. He has also maintained an interest in contemporary works, performing the title role of Clarence in the stage premier of Benjamin Yarmolinsky’s Clarence and Anita, as well as creating the role of König Vortigern in the concert premier of Hugo Kauder’s Merlin.

Hailing from Flint, Michigan, Mr. Grier is a graduate of the Master’s program at Manhattan School of Music and holds a Bachelor of Music degree from Xavier University of Louisiana. Read Less
