The impressively warm quality of baritone Isaac Grier’s resounding voice is a true show stopper. His seamless transition from lower repertoire into an imposing Verdian baritone has brought him to the roles of Giorgio Germont, Conte di Luna, and Escamillo which he portrays fearlessly.

Last season Mr. Grier performed as Ramfis in Aida with New Jersey Verismo Opera and as Leporello in Don Giovanni with New York Vocal Production. In recent years he has been seen as Giorgio Germont in La Traviata with New York Opera Exchange, Escamillo in Carmen and Figaro in Le Nozze di Figaro with Amore Opera, Sam in Trouble in Tahiti with Underworld Productions, Rochefort in Anna Bolena with Dell’ Arte Ensemble, Raimondo in Lucia di Lammermoor with Regina Opera, and Il Sagrestano in Tosca with Opera North.
